Spring 2024 Registration Opens January 15

Greetings AYSO soccer families,

We are excited to announce that Spring soccer registration opens today! All AYSO youth soccer practices and games will be held at the Boulevard Crossing Fields. Upper divisions will hold games on Friday nights or Saturday mornings. All other divisions will play on Saturday mornings between 9 am and 2 pm.

Last day to register for Spring season is February 10.

This season we will be offering the following divisions:

3 for Free: We are excited to continue our AYSO Kickstart Program for 3-year-olds. This program requires parent participation and allows volunteer coaches to foster Fundamental Motor Skills while integrating aspects of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to create an engaging, safe, fun and age-appropriate soccer learning journey.

5U: Co-ed teams for children who are 4 years old and children who will turn 5 during fall season. This program meets one time per week on Saturday mornings for one hour. Players will participate in fun-focused soccer and gross-motor skills games and for those players who are interested will participate in a small-sided scrimmage for the last 20 minutes of the hour.

6U: Co-ed teams for children who are 5 years old and children who will turn 6 this fall. This program meets one time per week on Saturday mornings for one hour at Boulevard Crossing Park. Teams will play fun-focused soccer skills games and will play a small-sided game for the last 20 minutes of the hour.

8U Girls: Teams will practice one time per week for one hour, Monday- Thursday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 6-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Saturday mornings at Boulevard Crossing Park.

8U Boys: Teams will practice one time per week for one hour, Monday- Thursday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 6-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Saturday mornings at Boulevard Crossing Park.

10U Girls: Teams will practice two times per week for one hour, Mon-Friday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 6-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Saturday mornings at Boulevard Crossing Park.

10U Boys: Teams will practice two times per week for one hour, Mon-Friday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 6-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Saturday mornings at Boulevard Crossing Park.

Upper Girls: Teams will practice two times per week for one hour, Monday- Thursday (team practice days and times will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 5-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Friday Nights or Saturday mornings.

Upper Boys: Teams will practice one to two times per week for one hour, Monday- Thursday (team practice days and times will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree) between 5-7 PM at Boulevard Crossing. All games will take place on Friday Nights or Saturday mornings.

An Early Bird registration discount of $20 will run from January 15th through 31st at midnight. Starting February 1st the early bird discount ends and the full price of the registration will be charged $165. Registration includes 10 weeks of practice, 8 game weekends, uniforms, pictures, and an end-of-season medal/ token of participation. All players will also pay a once-per-year $20 player registration fee, which goes directly to the AYSO national office and covers insurance and supports the operational costs of this non-profit organization. Participants who have already paid the national fee in the fall will not incur this charge for the spring season.

This season's Jamboree will be held on Saturday February 17th, 10 AM- 2 PM (details will follow).

AYSO Region 1612 will continue to offer paid referee positions and will be hosting a referee meeting before our first game. Please consider signing up to coach this season - we will have a coach meeting before our season start date, so stay tuned!

Key Season Dates:

Practice Starts: Week of Feb. 26 for kids 8 and above. 3 for Free, 5 & Under and 6 & Under groups will only meet on game days.
First Games: March 9 (Upper age groups may begin March 8)
Spring break: NO GAMES OR PRACTICE: March 30- April 6
Picture Days: April 26 and 27
Last Game of the Season: May 11
