Fall 2024 Registration is now open

Greetings AYSO families,

We are excited to announce that the fall registration is open!

This season we will be offering the following divisions:

3 for Free: We are excited to roll out an AYSO national initiative to welcome 3-year-olds into our AYSO Kickstart Program. This program requires parent participation and allows volunteer coaches to foster Fundamental Motor Skills while integrating aspects of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to create an engaging, safe, fun, and age-appropriate soccer learning journey.

5U: Co-ed teams for children who are 4 years old and children who will turn 5 during the fall season. This program meets one time per week on Saturday mornings for one hour. Players will participate in fun-focused soccer and gross-motor skills games and for those players who are interested will participate in a small-sided scrimmage for the last 20 minutes of the hour.

6U: Co-ed teams for children who are 5 years old and children who will turn 6 this fall. This program meets one time per week on Saturday mornings for one hour. Teams will play fun-focused soccer skills games and will play a small-sided game for the last 20 minutes of the hour.

8U Girls & 8U Boys: Teams will practice one time per week for one hour, Monday- Friday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree). All games will take place on Saturday mornings.

10U Girls, 10U Boys, Upper Girls, Upper Boys: Teams will practice two times per week for one hour, Monday-Friday (team practice day and time will be agreed upon between coach and parents at Jamboree). All games will take place on Saturday mornings or early afternoon.

An Early Bird registration discount of $20 will run From May 12th through July 27th at midnight. Full price registration cost of $165 will begin on July 28th. Registration includes 10 weeks of practice, 8 game weekends, uniforms, pictures, and an end-of-season medal/ token of participation. All players will also pay once per year a non-refundable $25 national player registration fee, which goes directly to the AYSO national office and covers insurance and supports the operational costs of this non-profit organization. Starting this season, an additional $20 uniform reuse discount is being offered to the returning players from the spring 2024 season who are staying in the same age division and would like to reuse their uniforms.

This season's Jamboree will be held on Saturday, August 24th, 10 AM- 2 PM (details will follow).

AYSO Region 1612 will continue to offer paid referee positions and will be hosting a referee meeting prior to our first game. Please consider signing up to coach this season- we will have a coach meeting prior to our season start date, so stay tuned! All coaches will receive free training, session training plans so no prior experience is required.

Key Dates & Season game schedule:
July 27th - last day to request a full refund minus $25 non-refundable national player fee. The national player fee is non-refundable but does cover the fall 2024 & spring 2025 seasons.
August 11th - Registration Closes. Last day to request a 50% refund minus $25 non-refundable national player fee. No refunds will be issued past August 11th.
August 23rd - Team allocations to be completed
August 2th - Soccer Jamboree - Meet your coaches & teammates
August 26th - Practice schedule to be released
August 31st - Official game schedule to be released
Week of September 3rd - practices start
October 12th - October 19th - Fall Break
October 26th - Picture Day
November 16th - Last day of the season

8-week season game days will be held on the following dates:
9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16

Game make-up dates due to inclement weather are to determined at a later time.

Practices will begin the week of September 3rd (excluding 3 for free, 5U & 6U as they only practice on game days).
